Some great news to start this week’s diary, Yorkshire’s trio of Root, Ballance and Bairstow help England to a crushing win, and the Lions manage to draw the series in New Zealand, and it’s not that often we can really celebrate great sporting success, maybe we will have more in the tennis, so lots of good news!

Sticking with good news, on Wednesday night we were winners once again in London for the Motor Trader awards and whilst I couldn’t make it this year some of my team represented us and  I was delighted that Jane collected the Social Media award.  It was a highlight of my business life to be on stage in previous years in front of over 1000 people, and this year was equally as good, as I was able to let my managers enjoy the limelight, they have worked so hard to be part of, #Proudmoment!!  Hopefully they found someone to buy the drinks, there is a big north south divide in prices!!

And next week we are having a staff party to celebrate a great year topped off with being Highly Commended for our Customer Care and Winning the Social Media Award.  And we have Dean Windass as a guest speaker, so that should be a fun night, well deserved.  

I am often asked about winning awards, or just winning, and business is like sport, you have to be on top of your game, get the basics right, be exceptional at some things and don’t make mistakes because they cost wins in sport and customers in business

Not From Leeds? Not a Problem!

    In the 5 years since we opened, our reputation for excellent customer service has spread far and wide. We now find lots of our customers come from much further afield to buy from us.
